Mrs. K

Mrs K lives a comfortable life with her husband, a hospital doctor, and their daughter. The skill with which she fends off a couple of amateurish would-be robbers reveals her to be a crack shot and strong martial artist. She has no idea that three of her former friends and colleagues have been recently murdered, but when a stranger shows up at her house-party and taunts her with questions about her past she begins to realise that her long-ago participation in a casino robbery in Macau is coming back to haunt her.

The stranger, a one-time cop in Macau, never bothers Mrs K again – but only because he’s taken out by a much more vindictive foe. His nemesis is another one-time cop from Macau, but one who was complicit in the casino robbery. This man once had a relationship with the future Mrs K. After the robbery Mrs K shot him for treachery, but deliberately didn’t kill him. Now he and his associates kidnap Mrs K’s daughter and hold her for ransom. They claim to want their share of the casino loot, but what really drives them is a burning need for revenge.

Now Mrs K faces the biggest challenge of her life: rescuing her daughter and dealing with unfinished business from her adventurous, criminal past.
