Under The Sun(Human Right Documentary Film Festival)

Russian director Vitaly Mansky was in Pyongyang twice because the North Korean authorities appointed him to produce the perfect patriotic propaganda film, and he managed toleave the camera running while each shot was set up. The angelic 8 year old Zinmi was having dinner with her ideal parents, while in between shots, her parents were busy reciting their lines. In response to the overwhelming demand from the audience at the Hong Kong International Film Festival, Under the Sun is now being rerun.
