The film depicts the modern city life concerning arts, living space and historical memories from the perspective of independent singers. It’s a fluid visual records about the past, the present and the future of Hong Kong. Dir. Anson Mak's semi-experimental documentary looks at a handful of local musicians who are trying to forge a creative heaven in the city's most unexpected corners. Through this film, Mak explores the social and political issues and proves there is an indie music scene in Hong Kong.
