Brooklyn(EUFF 2016)

Brooklyn is a story about a girl’s journey and struggle for her American dream in the 50s. Due to what happened in her hometown in Ireland, Eilis has to immigrate to America to find a better life. Staying in Brooklyn, Eilis is homesick in the beginning. She is lost in the city. Luckily, she meets her prince charming and he leads her to a new appreciation of the city. Unfortunately, what happened at home once again changes things for her abruptly, she must choose between the two countries and the two men who each represents a different set of lives. Nominated for 3 Academy Awards, Oscar-nominated Saoirse Ronan, gave another stunning performance that has won her various best performance awards by the critics.
