Synopsis
Situated on the outskirts of Barcelona, Torre Baró is an impoverished neighbourhood built by people forced out from Extremadura and Andalusia. While there is one steep main road, there is no bus going in and out of this area. Manolo drives bus no. 47. and has been disgruntled with the state’s indifference to the difficulties of his people. He appeals to several departments for a bus line, but is only brushed off.
