Synopsis
Amany, one of Syria’s few female cartoonists, lives in Idlib – the last city untouched by Assad’s forces but under constant Russian bombardment. Trapped between warring sides, she’s both celebrated and threatened for her art. As she teaches women and girls to draw and comforts her niece, she grapples with the cost of staying. Speaking to a documentary crew, the endless shelling and hopeless reality gradually erode her vision of the future. Will her spirit endure amid the chaos? Director
