Synopsis
At a cynical game where some members of an elite Parisian crowd amuse themselves at the expense of haphazardly selected victims, we witness the clash between an absolute jerk and the epitome of a bastard. In this epic duel the jerk doesn’t have a clue about where he is or what he is actually doing – and yet he comes out on top. The audience is in stiches, just as the film was pure slapstick, but it’s really a philosophical tale. Director
