Synopsis
“Forever will be you and me.”
You may recognise him by his iconic works of art, such as the Lobster Telephone, or the melting clocks in The Persistence of Memory. He is one who never dies; whose flamboyant, grandiose, and utterly eccentric character inspires for eternity.
The documentary delves deep into the life and work of Spanish surrealist Salvador Dalí, and also of Gala, his muse and collaborator. Dalí’s visionary explorations in film, sculpture and photography made him one of the 20th century's most unstoppable and undeniable talents. Using newly recovered, never-before-seen archival materials, the film attempts to look beyond the genius for a more intimate and honest Dalí behind his canvas.
