Synopsis
“In my blood there is Balsamic vinegar, and my muscles are made by Parmigiano.”

In an abandoned theatre, Italian chef Massimo Bottura runs a gourmet soup kitchen side-by-side with some of the world’s best chefs including Mario Batali, Rene Redzepi, and Alain Ducasse – serving dishes made from the food waste of Expo Milano 2015 to the homeless. This award-winning documentary written and directed by Peter Svatek exposes the alarming current state of food waste and homelessness crises with emotional accounts.
