Mile 22

James Silva (Mark Wahlberg) and his team of government special operatives do not officially exist. They belong to a paramilitary operation called Overwatch and are called upon when traditional options (diplomacy and military) are failed. Silva is tasked with transporting a foreign intelligence asset Li Noor (Iko Uwais) 22 miles from an American Embassy in Southeast Asia to an airfield for evacuation, while the entire city’s military, police and street gangs are determined to stop them. Their asset, Li, has intelligence information that will prevent a large-scale terrorist attack on America. It’s a 22 mile street war between a small-forces unit and an entire city with everything at stake.
