Synopsis

A beautiful coming-of-age story about love, youth, and friendship. August 1992, in a lost valley to the east, two idle cousins live in a deindustrialized town. One hot afternoon, as they steal a canoe to paddle to the other side of a lake, Anthony meets Stéphanie and immediately falls in love. That night, he secretly borrows his father's motorcycle to go to a party where he hopes to find her. The next morning, when he realises that the bike is gone, his life is turned upside down.
