Berlin International Film Festival Generation 14plus

Joe, 17, is about to be released from a youth detention centre. Should the judge approve his liberation, he will be allowed to live on his own. But soon falling in love with William, a new detainee in his facility, Joe starts to question his desire for freedom. “Liberty and love, these two I must have.” Two hot-headed youths who are unlikely to compromise find it difficult to weigh up the two.
