Synopsis

Grand Prize, Korean Competition, Jeonju International Film Festival

Director Shin Dong-min continues his tripartite structure and family theme from his previous work Mom’s Song, each chapter of the film revolves around different characters: Min-ju, a fashion design student who is preparing for her graduation exhibition; Seung-ju, an aspiring actress who is preparing for a film audition; Hye-jung and Dong-min, mother and son who are revisiting their hometown after years. Each story exists independently but subtly intertwines with one another; the film is a visual collage that creates a sense of déjà vu as if we are exploring multiple parallel universes.
