Synopsis

Who watches the watchmen? This eternal conundrum is once again put to the test in this morally complex hard-boiled police thriller. Choi Woo-sik (Parasite) stars as Min-jae, a rookie police officer who is rigorously by-the-book. This very quality makes him the perfect candidate to investigate Gang-yoon (Jo Jin-woong), a decorated officer who believes that, when it comes to policing, the end justifies the means. Embedded in Gang-yoon’s team as a mole, Min-jae begins to question his own loyalties after seeing Gang-yoon in action. An intense thrill ride with a compelling moral debate at its core, this is genre cinema at its best.
