Synopsis

Con artist Hsiao Chien (Yue Wong) is chased by the police for pretending to be invincible. After he flees to another village, he defences the locals while pretending to be possessed by the gods. In front of the gullible villagers, he notices the impending rain and adds credibility by claiming to be aided by the Dragon King of the sea. Hsiao meets Jin Lian (Lin Chen-Chi) along the way, resulting in a great companionship as they traverse the lands…
