Synopsis

Thai Short Film and Video Festival started in 1997 aiming to encourage independent spirits to expose their hidden creativity. It is a local short film and video competition in conjunction with screening selected short films from several contras. For more than two decades, the increasing number of entries has created the dynamic atmosphere for the microscopic Thai film culture. At present it is organised by the Thai Film Foundation and the Thai Film Archive (public organisation). It is the longest running film festival in Thailand.In this Programme, Payawan”, “ Friends with Benefits, Without Benefits”, “Red Aninsri; Or, Tiptoeing on the Still Trembling Berlin Wall ” and “hia/tus” will be screened.
