Synopsis
In this collection of recent short films, Hongkongers bear the weight of treasured memories, raise themselves up to meet present challenges, and stand ready.
Two immigrant Hong Kong women undertake a great journey from Yuen Long to Central. Brothers reunite for one last visit to their mother’s Sham Shui Po toy store. A local economics teacher and a native English teacher crisscross Hong Kong enjoying after-school snacks. As the school year ends, one teacher leaves for a new job in China, and the two say goodbye.
In the end, a young Hong Kong woman steps forward and fight for the future of Sham Shui Po.
