Assistant Cinema Manager (Full-time)

Job Descriptions:

  • Supervise, plan and implement cinema operations activities including manpower arrangement and stock & cost control
  • Responsible for staffing, training and appraising the subordinates
  • Lead a team to provide a high standard of services
  • Maintain all equipment and fixtures to ensure good working order and condition
  • Manage the cinema general administration tasks / reporting

Requirements:

  • F.7/DSE or above
  • Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Hands-on PC knowledge (e.g. MS Office Words, Excel, PowerPoint, Chinese Input)
  • A minimum of 2 year solid experience in retail or service industry is a MUST
  • Applicant with less experience will be considered as Cinema Supervisor
  • Mature and independent with good leadership, customer-oriented and interpersonal skill
  • Shift-duty, irregular working hours and work on Saturdays, Sundays & Public Holidays is required

Customer Service Representative – Hotline and Membership Service (Part Time)

Job Description:

To handle all customer service related matters, include -

  • answer enquiries and handling complaints
  • update information on our website and telephone ticketing system
  • data entry, filing and administration work
  • maintain daily operation of hotline office and the membership database
  • assist to promote & operate members activities
  • handle daily operation tasks such as members registration, membership renewal and DVD/Soundtrack borrowing service, merchandise selling etc.
  • execute and participate at diversified film festivals, movie sharing sessions, preview screenings etc
  • hourly rate HKD41, minimum 3 days per week, 8 hrs per day and work on Sat and public holidays are required

 

Requirements:

  • enjoy to communicate with people, responsible, cheerful, and able to work independently
  • F.5 or above
  • good in written and spoken Chinese and English, Mandarin is preferred but not a must
  • with hotline/frontline experience is an advantage
  • basic computer skills, e.g. Chinese word processing, word, excel, emails
